SHIPPING POLICY (Black Friday & Cyber Monday Edition)

Processing Time

• Processing may take 7–10 business days.
• Orders placed after Friday at 12 p.m. AST will begin processing on Monday.
• Free shipping remains available for Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping & Delivery

• USPS may experience delays due to high seasonal volume, which is beyond our control.
• Once the package is handed over to USPS, Mola is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages, packages marked as “Delivered”, or packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

• The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned to Mola due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Packages Marked as Delivered

• If USPS marks the package as “Delivered” and you have not received your order, Mola cannot issue refunds or replacements.
• The customer must contact USPS directly to open a claim for a lost or stolen package.

Inventory & Order Processing

• Inventory is limited and orders are processed in the order they are received.
• If an item sells out during processing, an automatic refund will be issued.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items do not qualify for Black Friday or Cyber Monday discounts.
• Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date indicated on the product page.
• Estimated dates may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, shipments may be sent separately.

Discount Codes

• Discount codes cannot be combined with Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions.

Final Sale

• All discounted sales are Final Sale.
• No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit are offered for items purchased with any type of discount.

• Pre-order items do not qualify for Black Friday or Cyber Monday discounts.
• Estimated dates may vary due to supplier or shipping delays.

Regular Orders (Regular Price)

• Regular-price purchases made outside of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday season are eligible for our standard 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• No money is refundable, only store credit. 

• Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

• Items bought on sale cannot be refundable.
