Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders, International shipping is not available at this moment.

• For orders within Puerto Rico, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. For United States, allow 7 business days.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.  

• We will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification, address error or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly. 

• If the item becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Once your order has been shipped, Mola is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen within the postal service.  

Additional information: 

• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. 
  
  
• Orders placed after 12.pm. on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday.
