We offer Free Shipping on all orders, International shipping is not available at this moment.
- For orders within Puerto Rico, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. For United States, allow 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- We will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification, address error or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly.
- If the item becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once your order has been shipped, Mola is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen within the postal service.
Additional information:
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Orders placed after 12.pm. on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- No money is refundable, only store credit.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
- Items bought on sale cannot be refundable.
